🛒 Ingredients:

🥔 4 large potatoes – boiled & mashed
🍅 3 large tomatoes – grounded
🟢 1 bowl of peas
🌶️ 1 spoon Kashmiri Red Chilli
🧂 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
🍛 4 teaspoons Pav Bhaji Masala
🌿 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
🥄 1 spoon chaat masala
🌶️ 3 green chillies – chopped
🧅 2 large onions – chopped
🧈 2 tablespoons butter
🌿 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
🧄 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🥄 1 1/2 bowl oil


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and fry onion & green chillies until golden brown. 🧅
2️⃣ Add ginger-garlic paste and roast it until aromatic. 🧄
3️⃣ Reduce the heat and add red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli, pav bhaji masala, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt. 🌶️
4️⃣ Now, add tomato paste and roast it well until oil separates. 🍅
5️⃣ Sprinkle Kasuri Methi & peas and mix well. 🌿
6️⃣ Add mashed potatoes and a little water, then mix everything together. 🥔
7️⃣ Mash everything nicely and add butter for extra richness. 🧈
