🥘 Ingredients:

🧀 1/2 kg cottage cheese (paneer) cubes
🍅 3 tomatoes
🧅 3 onions (chopped)
🫚 1-inch ginger piece
🧄 5-6 garlic cloves
🥛 2 tablespoons cream
🌶️ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili
🥄 1/2 bowl condensed milk
🧈 3 tablespoons Amul butter
🌰 1/2 bowl of cashew nuts
🧂 1 teaspoon garam masala
🌿 2 cinnamon sticks
💚 4 small cardamoms
🖤 1 big black cardamom
🍃 1/2 bowl kasuri methi

🥄 Cooking Method:

1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan. Add cashews, ginger, garlic, onions, tomatoes, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover and sauté well.
2️⃣ After 3 minutes, add big cardamom and 2 small cardamoms. Cook for 5 more minutes. Let it cool and blend into a smooth paste.
3️⃣ In the same pan, melt butter. Add whole spices, garam masala, salt, red chilli, and Kashmiri red chilli. Stir-fry, and then add the blended paste.
4️⃣ Roast the masala for 15 minutes, then add cream, condensed milk, and kasuri methi. Stir well.
5️⃣ Add paneer cubes, sauté briefly, then pour some warm water and bring it to a boil.
