📝 Ingredients for Palak Paneer

1/2 kg Spinach 🥬 – Boil for 2 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water.
250 grams Cottage Cheese (Paneer) 🧀 – Cut into small pieces.
Edible Oil 🛢️ – As required.
1/2 teaspoon Salt 🧂
1-inch Ginger 🌟
3 Green Chillies 🌶️
4 Garlic Cloves 🧄
1 Tomato 🍅 – Chopped.
1 Large Onion 🧅 – Finely chopped.
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds 🌿
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder 🔥
2 tablespoons Coriander Powder 🌿
2 tablespoons Flour 🌾
3 tablespoons Curd (Yogurt) 🍶
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala 🌟

🍲 Cooking Method

1️⃣ Step 1:
👉 Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan ♨️.
👉 Add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, garlic and sauté well 🥄.
👉 Now, add chopped onions and fry until golden brown 🧅🔥.
👉 Add tomatoes, cook for a while, then add some water and let it cook 🍅💦.

👉 Transfer the cooked mixture into the boiled spinach and blend it to make a smooth paste 🥬🌀.

👉 Heat 2 spoons of ghee 🧈 in a pan.
👉 Add cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and flour, sauté well 🌶️✨.
