🫚 3-inch ginger piece

🔥 3 tablespoons garam masala
🍛 3 tablespoons chicken or kitchen king masala
🧂 2 teaspoons salt
🍃 5 bay leaves
🍬 3 small pieces of sugar
🌿 Little stone flower (dagad phool)

💦 In a cooker, add water, salt & black gram, then boil well.
